How we work

Our most important service is the establishment of workflow and producing a common understanding among stakeholders. To produce a common understanding of workflow within the company we have developed a step by step process, that is stringent and customizable at the same time. Stringent as we always develop a report that includes an analysis of your workflow, IT-stack, data validity and data efficiency, your current dataflow, current efficiency and productivity. The report results in our recommendations for a better and higher performance. The customizable part differs from client to client and is mostly based on data tracking and employee interviews.

Why its so important

We develop our reports with the purpose of giving you and ourselves a complete and transparent overview of your workflow. 
A common understanding is important because it ensures the essentiels we want when developing a sustainable long term solution. We carefully consider the exchange of knowledge when delivering the report explaining what should be changed, why and how. We do not believe in "one size fits all" solutions. The best solutions are based on the right systems for the required tasks. Correctly and efficiently integrated. The goal of our analysis is to deliver a report explaining how to achieve a workflow running as an ecosystem in perfect symbiosis with no quick fixes.

Analyze Process
The analyze process starts off by understanding you and your business. We need to know how the business is currently run, your current workflow, your digitalization level and your degree of automatisation. After establishing the fundamentals we will identify your improvement possibilities, and recommend an IT-Stack. The full analysis results in a new and better workflow, that will take your company miles ahead of the competitors.

Find Inefficiencies
We identify your inefficiencies through a mixture of big data and employee interviews. It is our experience that the best, most honest and correct view of a company's operations comes from the individual employee. Their hands-on experience is therefore one of our cornerstones in the identification process. The employees' claims are then compared to the data we obtain over a 2-3 month period.

Process Improvement
On the basis of our findings in "Find Inefficiencies," we use our experience, newest market developments, the extensive network of our partners and new market research, to ensure you, that our improvement proposals are of the highest level.

Redesign Interactions
Our improvement proposal always includes new interactions mainly through digitalization. The interactions are examined, evaluated and insured long-lasting operation capabilities. This is to ensure the correct order of operations triggered by interactions through your digital and automated solution.

Optimize Data Capture
Data are more valuable than gold. Data is king. The one who controls data controls the world. You might recognise these sayings and we tend to agree with them. That is why we also make sure, that as much of your data as possible is captured. Even though the data is not needed immediately, it could be extremely valuable later on. The complicity of backtracking data is almost always secondary to doing it right the first time around.

This part of the process is as you might have read to integrate and automate your entire system or only partly depending on our agreement. The integration and automation are performed in cooperation with our sister company NordicSolutions, thereby giving you the suggested new and improved workflow.
