FAQ

Your questions answered
What is SAAS?

Software as a service (SaaS) is a model for the distribution of software in which customers access software via. the Internet. In SaaS, a service provider hosts the application at its data centre, and a customer gets access via. a standard web browser. SaaS is used in several common business areas, including customer relationship management (CRM), document management, accounting, human resource (HR) management, service desk management, content management and collaboration.

Are you affiliated with any SAAS Companies?

No, is the short answer. Why? We believe that we can create the best solutions for our clients, and if we are paid for installing and building the solution, we are biased in our approach. Therefore, we consider it best for our clients that we are independent.

What are your fees?

Yes! We have full 24/7 support under BETA runs, and 1 month after the BETA. If needed, other arrangements can be made according to your needs.

Do you work in all countries?
